If the deans decision was overturned in the case of her friend


is there then an appeal process where that might be possible in your wife case?? Sure would allow that process to work itself out before I would involve lawyers. Get some of those associate professors that were not allowed on the committee to write recommendations on her behalf for any appeal.
I'm just a dentist though and know nothing of higher edumication.
